With exposure therapy and mindfulness and interacting with others daily offline too, I find it less and less dangerous and life-threatening. Because I’ve decided to change for the better and become more social irl too, socializing interactions have become less an issue for me in my current life. Please help me celebrate a new “me”

I personally find a lot of negativities about spending too much time online as it can affect your physical and mental health, but also your social skills. We can get so comfortable on the internet as it offers so much nowadays, but never underestimate the value of in real-life actions, as that is what makes us human and interactive.
